In a professional situation, having no sound or lights when the event is about to start is unacceptable. Silence is not an option and your patrons expect the show to go on.

Sound and Light technicians will come to your location to diagnose and repair your system. If it can't be repaired on site, we can remove the damaged equipment and install loaner or rental equipment to keep the show rolling until your equipment is repaired and back in service at your business.

If it is under warranty and needs to be shipped back to the manufacturer, we will process and ship your equipment to them, handle the phone calls and warranty paperwork, and follow up to make sure you equipment is repaired and reinstalled at your location.

Many times the only problem with a sound system is that it has been patched together over time by several different people. This leaves it partially working, and partially... well, you know. In most cases we can come in and rewire it. Often it's nothing more than improperly patched cables. Once corrected, the existing system may work for years to come.

Many failures are caused by dust buildup. Dust and dirt are attracted to static on the heat sink fins. Thick dust shortens the life of your equipment, and causes it to draw more power and overheat. Basic cleaning and maintenance by Sound and Light Technicians can help prevent this. A good professional amplifier can last for decades if it's well taken care of, but left on its own, it may only last a year or two.

Video, Lighting, and DMX projection units need to be cleaned even more often than power amplifiers. The components inside are subjected to heat from bulbs that can reach 2000 degrees. Imagine what happens to the electronics, LCD, color filters, and motors when they overheat. When lights and projectors cost anywhere from $500 to $20,000, how can you afford not to have them cleaned?
