In a professional situation, having no sound or lights when an event is about to start is unacceptable.  Silence is not an option and your patrons expect the show to go on.

Sound and Light technicians will come to your location and diagnose the cause of the failure.  We will then repair it whenever possible.  If it can't be repaired on site, we can remove the damaged equipment and install loaner or rental equipment to keep the show rolling. We will then either repair the equipment ourselves or have it repaired by one of our repair facilities.  If its under warranty and needs to be shipped back to the manufacturer we will process and ship your equipment to them, handle the warranty phone calls, and follow up throughout the whole process - until your equipment is repaired and put back into service.
